This practice is a 13 minute, full body, gentle Yoga flow for any level. Take your time, flow with your breath and use any props you would like to practice these poses. Keeping your body in motion is good for you. As we age we lose muscle, and we are not as flexible. If you use Yoga as a daily practice, it will keep your your joint's lubricated and your body flexible. I am a certified Yoga teacher who has taught in person classes in Southwest Florida. Now I would like to focus on teaching online to make my classes more accessible to everyone.
