Biohacking is very experimental and you will need to do some reading to gain more understanding. I only provide my own opinion as a simple overview. My vitamins, minerals and supplements per day: 1 x magnesium 1 x Coenzyme Q10 2 x cod liver oil 2 x B12 (only need 1 but I’m currently dosing up) 2 x NMN and Trans-Resvervatrol 2 x Spermadine 1 x Biotin 1 x D3 1 x Alpha Lipoic Acid 1 x Iron 1 x Solgar Formula V high strength multi vit 1 x K2 1 x B complex (B6 etc.) 1 x odourless garlic 1 x vit A 2 x Glucosamine and Chrondroitin complex 1 x vit C 2 x Viviscal man 1 x turmeric, curcumin and ginger 20g multi collagen protein (all 5 types) MCT oil in black coffee 8g creatine per day He Shou Wu powder (occasionally in coffee) Appreciate that I havent included the strength of each tablet. I will add this when I get time. Regarding brand, I use mostly Solgar. Note: Creatine is super important as its relatively cheap for the amount of benefit it gives you. Also creatine was duscussed on a Huberman podcast with Andy Galpin where Galpin talked about a study of how it helps brain activity.
