Divide the apples into 4 equal parts, remove the core, and cut into thin slices. 2. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ehoumaki -- California roll style Ingredients (about 3-4 rolls) 2 cups (300g) rice 350g water 50g vinegar 25g sugar 5g salt white sesame seeds 3-4 sheets of nori seaweed 1 avocado 1 cucumber 100 g cheese 1 egg roll (datemaki-style) 1 tuna marinated in salted malted rice 1 salmon (marinated in salted malted rice) 12-16 green shiso leaves How to make 1. Cook rice with water. 2. Make datemaki and cool. 3. Combine ingredients for sushi vinegar. 4. Remove seeds from avocado, peel, and cut into small pieces. Cut cucumber, cheese, egg omelet and sashimi into 1 cm strips. 5. Sprinkle sushi vinegar over freshly cooked rice, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, mix well, and cool to 35℃. 6. Place the nori on the front edge of the sushi mat, leaving a 2cm space at the back and spread the sushi rice (200g). 7.
