Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 13 - Assembly (videos coming fast so subscribe to keep notified). In this video we will continue assembling the rolling chassis and all electrical components including the swingarm (swing arm) (swinger), pivot bolt, rear shock, rear shock external reservoir (sub-tank), bearing carrier (Rad Mfg), rear axle, drive sprocket, rear brake rotor, axle lock nuts (jam nuts), rear brake caliper, rear brake line, brake line clamps, rear wheel hubs, rear wheels, and rear fenders. Then we will be replacing and torqueing (torque) to spec all of the nuts, bolts, adjusters, springs, shock reservoir rubbers, seals, and crush washers, circlips, snap rings, clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets. Assemble the roller (rolling chassis). I purchased 4 different size O-Ring packs and I don't remember which ones I used for what.
