WELCOME TO WEEK 4 of your 30 DAY SURF FITNESS CHALLENGE ...You are now officially on the home stretch team!! Huge congratulations on nearly completing this fitness challenge...I am so proud of you! This workout is another FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT , focusing on moves the promote times under tension and challenge your body and muscles to strengthen. Once you have finished strengthening your core/abs, glutes, legs and arms in our 20 minute full body hiit workout there is an 8 minute full body surf yoga/stretch sequence to help work on flexibility and get rid of lactic acid build up after this workout. Surfing is such a physically demanding sport, so strengthening our bodies in the right way will not only aid in injury prevention but also help you get the most out of your surf sessions. This workout is perfect for you if you are looking to improve your surf fitness with surf specific exercises but is also just as beneficial for you even if you don't surf. GOAL FOR WEEK4 OF YOUR 30 DAY FULL BODY FITNESS CHALLENGE Complete this video from December 19th to December 27th 2022. ADJUST THE WORKING AND RESTING TIMES AS NEEDED: The video is set to a 50 second working period with a 10 second rest period. The total time for each exercise block being 1 Minute. You are welcome to adjust this block to suit your current fitness level. For example, if you are new to fitness or have not been working out for a while you may want to set a working time of 30 seconds and a rest time of 30 seconds. As long as each exercise block is within 1 Minute you can adjust as needed for each workout. Set your own timer and go for it!
