Tomorrow I'm doing my first fitness test. And honestly… I'm nervous. I'm 53 years old and trying to lose 110 pounds after hitting my highest weight of 289 lbs. Before I start pushing forward, I want an honest baseline of where I am physically right now. This fitness test isn't about strength or performance. It's just a simple snapshot of where I'm starting — mobility, basic movement, and how out of shape I might actually be. Sometimes the hardest part of starting over is taking an honest look at where you are today. Tomorrow we'll film the fitness test and find out. If you're on a similar journey, you're not alone.
