This system is especially developed for aligning the 2 or 3 or 4 sections of the High Mast Poles with ease. The system can handle sections having total weight upto 10 tons, length 6 meters and diameter 2400mm One fixed station & one manually moving station for alignment. Special Features of this system 1. The High Mast poles are generally made of 2 or 3 or 4 sectors to make one full polygon / circle. 2. Initially, 2 sections are loaded in the Seam Aligner with their edges touching either the V Block of the Fixed unit or the V shaped roller of the Moving unit. 3. By adjusting the 2 arms, the angle of the 2 pieces are adjusted & the job is tack welded through out. 4. Same process is repeated for the 3rd or 4th piece to be joined. 5.
