This system comprises of a Column & Boom with Servo slides, Servo driven Boom, Oscillation slide, Laser Seam Tracking, Camera and a Set of Rotators. Special Features of this system 1. The Column & Boom has a 3 metre vertical stroke & 3 metre horizontal stroke. Customised strokes can be designed, manufactured & supplied. 2. It has servo slides controlled by the Laser Sensor for the Seam tracking 3. It also has the oscillation servo slide for weaving of the welding. 4. It has an optical camera for initial positioning of the weld head as well as for monitoring the welding through the monitor at ground level. 5.
