Ingredients: 3 lbs Picanha (American Wagyu) Rub: 2 tbsp kosher salt 2 tbsp black pepper 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp cumin 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp CBD Infused coffee (dark roast) Salad: 1 Romain Lettuce (cut in half) 2 tbsp Caesar dressing 1 tsp olive oil Salt and Pepper Croutons Recipe: Take Picanha out of the refriderator 1 hour prior to cooking. Trim any excess fat and silver skin from the Picanha. Cover in olive oil and apply rub on all sides. Place in smoker for about 3 hours at 250 degrees until the internal temperature reached 130 degrees. Let Picanha rest for at least 30 minutes wrapped in foil. Add additional rub and slice against the grain of the meat. Cut lettuce in half and drizzle with olive oil then add salt & pepper. Grill for 1 minutes and remove. Add Caesar dressing and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and croutons.
