This routine combines gentle mobility, strengthening, and stretching so your hips can move more freely. In this video we’ll work through: • Lateral band steps to activate the hips • Standing hip circles to improve hip mobility • A standing side bend stretch for the outer hip and side body • Clamshells with a band to strengthen the hips • Pigeon stretch • Supine leg-across stretch for the outer hip • Cow side body stretch • Supine twists Bonus: At the end, I show you how to use a foam roller to release tight outer hip muscles.
