Somehow his insane talent eluded me when it should have captivated me, so here I am 30 years later discovering the mind-blowing tones and talents of Mr Johnson. This is me making a very quick attempt at building a similar sort of tone with the Axe-FXIII and having a bit of fun. Of course, there's no '54 Strat loaded with DiMarzio HS2 involved; my guitar is a 2018 Palir Custom with Jason Lollar's amazing Lollartron Traditional Mod Pickups (A5's instead of the traditional A2 magnets).
