In this video I'll show you how we made a DIY pull up bar for our outdoor gym! After 2months and 15lbs its time to get back in shape and get back to crossfit and outdoor workouts, so With the help of my brother we put together this do it yourself outdoor pull up bar for all types of bar workouts including pull ups, chin ups, toes to bar and knees to bar.This easy diy pull up bar is great to have at home for when we can’t make it to the gym ( which is alot for me). We ended up spending about 120$.
