In a bowl, add mashed banana, nut or seed butter, cinnamon, chia seeds and maple syrup. Stir until well-combined. 2. Add pumpkin seeds, cranberries and oats. Stir until well-combined. 3. Optional: place bowl in refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up. 4. Scoop mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet. 5. Bake at 375°F for 10 - 12 minutes. 6.
