This week on my weight loss journey was not easy. I wanted to share a real and honest look at what I ate during the week and how I was feeling through it all. As a mom of a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old, life can get really busy and exhausting. Being tired and stressed are my biggest triggers when it comes to making unhealthy food choices. Some days I did well, and other days were harder, but I chose to capture everything honestly. In this video I’m sharing: • What I ate throughout the week • The moments I struggled the most • How stress and exhaustion affect my eating habits • My mindset while trying to stay on track Everything I record is real and raw. I’m not trying to be perfect, I’m trying to be better. Losing weight is hard, but learning how to make better choices and understanding my triggers is a step in the right direction.
