Huge thanks for the support ❤️ If my cooking style works for you, I’ve got a second channel you might enjoy too: 👉 / @notanothercurryshowsamebutdiff Ingredients (Serves 2) Beef Filling • Tinned minced beef & onion (Princess) — 392 g • Butter or oil — 1 tbsp | 14 g • Tomato purée — 1 tbsp | 15 g • Worcestershire sauce — 1 tsp | 5 ml • Beef stock (from cube) — 120 ml | ½ UK cup | ½ US cup • Plain flour (optional, thickening) — 1 tsp | 3 g • Black pepper — ¼ tsp | 0.5 g • Dried thyme (optional) — ¼ tsp | 0.3 g • Marmite/Vegemite — 1 tsp (optional) Mash Topping (Ideal Thickness) • Potato flakes — 70 g | ~¾ UK cup | ~¾ US cup • Boiling water — 300 ml | 1¼ UK cups | 1¼ US cups • Butter — 1½ tbsp | 20 g • Milk (optional) — 1–2 tbsp | 15–30 ml • Salt — ¼ tsp | 1.5 g • White or black pepper — to taste Bake at 200 °C / 180 °C fan / 400 °F for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
