Honey-Spiced Yogurt Baked Chicken Thighs Ingredients • 6 boneless chicken thighs • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt • 2 tablespoons melted butter • 1 tablespoon cooking oil • 2 teaspoons honey • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder • 1 teaspoon ground coriander • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika • 1 teaspoon ginger powder • 1½ teaspoons dried thyme • ¾ teaspoon black pepper • ½ teaspoon chili powder • Salt, to taste Instructions 1. In a large bowl put yoghurt , ginger, chilli, black pepper, garlic, honey, coriander, thyme, oil, butter, paprika, mix until combined then add salt and mix. 2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring each piece is well covered. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the oven to 250°C (480°F). Arrange the marinated chicken in a cast iron pan or baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly golden on top. 4. Remove from the oven and serve, I served mine with a potatoes and coleslaw, enjoy.
