Railfanning West Colton On National Train Day 2020! 5-9-2020

I went on a large trip today to celebrate National Train Day 2020! I started off the day for a small railfanning session at Union Pacific West Colton Yard in Colton, CA. I caught two trains here, both heading East. I then headed out for Cajon after that, with the videos currently being created, and will be posted here. The first train was the MWCEU. This train stopped about halfway, so I had to wait a bit for it to get moving again. Due to the train being pretty slow today, I caught it an additional two times up the Cajon Pass! Poor train kept running into issues all day! While waiting for the MWCEU to get going, a large intermodal train raced on by with Mid-DPUs and over 200 cars! I got a nice hornshow from the crew too! Eventually the MWCEU started it's crawl out of West Colton Yard, racing the intermodal train before the MEUWC heads up the Cajon Pass, while the intermodal headed off on the sunset route towards Arizona and beyond. This was shot off of Pepper Ave Bridge.
