This is a 60 minute soothing evening vinyasa flow yoga class for those practitioners who have a more established practice. Emphasizing breath and movement with limited alignment cues (less talk !) so you move gracefully and fluidly in your own body and connect more fully with your breath. Class is also 'push up' free. It's soothing, flowing, continuous and spacious without too much overeffort. Class begins with reclined bound angle pose, reclined twist and a hip groin stretch, then flows through our standing series of postures, including warriors, balances, wide legged forward folds, crab and pyramid variation in a flowing, repetitive sequence. Landing toward the end of the class into pigeon pose and reclined twist. Seated alternative nostril breathing and a generous shavasana.
