Weigh each 60g and form the Spanish bread then arrange in a baking sheet. *2nd proofing for 45 mins to 1 hr or until double the size *Preheat oven for 15 minutes at 180⁰C. Bake for 25 minutes, halfway through the baking at 10 minutes turn the baking pan around for even cooking. Serve immediately. *Double the measurements if you want to make more.
