As a national para-athlete, Kat reclaimed her strength through para-powerlifting, proving that disability and athletic excellence can coexist powerfully. Her journey breaks stereotypes and pushes for greater visibility in para-sports with a mission to show the world that Filipinos belong on the global stage. As the creator of Kat Out of the Box, Kat transforms her experiences into bold and honest stories to spark conversations about disability, accessibility, and inclusion. Through her content, she dismantles the myth that “disability equals inability” and encourages people with disabilities to step out of stigma and into their full potential.
