Perfect for beginners and food lovers alike! 🍤🍜 📖 Recipe Card 🍽 Serves 1–2 People (1 large portion or 2 smaller portions) 🥢 Ingredients Main Components Prawns – 6 pcs Rice Noodles – 100 g Firm Tofu – 20 g Egg – 1 pc Bean Sprouts – 50 g Garlic Chives – 15 g Aromatics Rice Bran Oil – 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic – ½ tbsp Chopped Shallot – ½ tbsp Preserved Salted Radishes (chopped) – 1 tbsp The Signature Sauce Fish Sauce – 4 tbsp Tamarind Sauce – 4 tbsp Palm Sugar – 4 tbsp Sriracha Chili Sauce – 2 tbsp 👩🍳 Cooking Methods Prepare the Sauce: Melt and caramelize the palm sugar with the fish sauce. Stir in the tamarind and Sriracha. Mix well, remove from heat, and set aside. Sear the Prawns: In a hot pan, fry the prawns until cooked and lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
