Happy Mind.), decreases stress, increases energy levels, improves muscle strength, boosts endurance, helps with weight management, reduces the risk of many diseases..... Some of the biggest struggles are motivation and consistency ! I know that it can be hard to get started and keep going, that's why I create workouts that keep you motivated, that are challenging but not too hard ! We want to exercise and get fit, but the average person does not need to do heavy exercise. My focus is on moderate exercise for beginners and intermediates, helping you to move your body more regularly. IM Sports: Working Out meets Having Fun. Unique Travels & Nature Moments Happy Body. Happy Mind. I'm Sports. And you can be sports, too. I want to share with you the love for 2 things: Fitness & Fun Sports. I got fit with only bodyweight home workouts. That's the basis. You do not need weights. The key is consistency. And as consistency is hard, I create workouts that are unique, motivating and inspiring. Making exercise an experience by sharing my second love with you: Fun Sports. Besides fitness I absolutely love going out in nature doing all sorts of fun sports. Movement and Nature together do Magic to you. I want to bring those moments of doing sports in nature into your home, spreading the emotions of sports experiences, taking you to to the most beautiful places our world has to offer - so you can experience it, too.
