The campo deadlift is a great way to increase hip internal rotation and create length in the back part of the hip. You can add this anywhere by doing both sides or focusing on doing one side if you are asymmetrical usually needing it with the left foot in the back as the video shows. Additional reasons to make this a staple in your program are below. 1. Left foot is flatter than right 2. Left hip IR is limited. 3. Always notice belt buckle turned right. 4. Always notice right hip hiked. 5. Toes are often clawing. 6. You can not touch your toes. Try this out and test your hip IR before and after.
