Murgh Masala: Ingredients: Chicken (biryani cut) ½ kg Cashew nut 6 Poppy seeds 1 tbsp Sesame seeds 1 tbsp Saffron ½ tsp Pistachios 1 tbsp Red chili powder 2 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Milk 1 cup Onion 250 gram Yogurt 125 gram Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp All spice powder ½ tsp Cardamom 4 Clarified butter 1 cup Method First roast cashew nut, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, pistachios and cardamom then grind them and mix it in yogurt. Then add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin and all spice powder mix well and put it on chicken then leave for some time. Now heat oil and fry onion in it then add marinated chicken and cover it. When chicken get tender then saute well. Add saffron in milk and cook well then add it in chicken. Cook for 10 minutes and turn off the flame. Creamy Dahi Raita: Ingredients: Yogurt 250 grams Cream 2 tbsp Black pepper ½ tsp Salt to taste Green chili 1 Green coriander 1 tbsp Roasted cumin 1 tsp Tomato Chopped 1 Onion chopped 1 Cucumber chopped 1 Method: All ingredients blend then finally add chopped ,chopped onion and chopped cucumber mix and serve it .
