Quinoa 14.4 oz bag of Quinoa ½ bag of Bacon 1 Can of corn 1 Can of beans 1 tbsp Garlic ½ Onion 1 tbs Coconut oil 4 cups of water ½ himalayan Pink Salt 7 eggs 2 tbsp Garlic, onion seasoning Flower seeds Crispy jalapenos Crispy peppers Washed and rinse the Quinoa Dice the bacon in small pieces Dice onions Once those ingredients are diced, add 1 Tbsp of Coconut oil to a small heated pan, add the Quinoa, stir, add Pink Salt, add three cups of water and cook the Quinoa, covered, on low heat for about 10 minutes. In the Wolk add some coconut oil, add the bacon, add the onions and fry together,add garlic, add the corn. Pour this mix into a bowl. Mix the eggs and add them to the wolk, scrambled. Follow by adding the previous mixture Add the animami beans, add Garlic onion seasoning. Add the quinoa to the mix and let it sit for a few minutes. After all ingredients are mixed together, it is done…. ****************************************************************************** QUINUA 1 Bolsa de 14.4 oz de quinua ½ bolsa de tocino 1 lata de maíz 1 lata de frijoles 1 cucharada de ajo ½ cebolla 1 cucharada de aceite de coco 4 tazas de agua ½ sal rosa del himalaya 7 huevos 2 cucharadas de condimento de ajo y cebolla Semillas de flores Jalapeños crujientes Pimientos crujientes Lavar y enjuagar la Quinoa Pique el tocino en trozos pequeños Pique las cebollas Una vez que esos ingredientes estén cortados en cubitos, agregue 1 cucharada de aceite de coco en una sartén pequeño calentado, agregue la Quinua, revuelva, agregue Sal Rosa, agregue tres tazas de agua y cocine la Quinua, tapado, a fuego lento durante unos 10 minutos. En el Wok agrega un poco de aceite de coco, agrega el tocino, agrega las cebollas y sofríe juntas, agrega el ajo, agrega el maíz. Vierta esta mezcla en un bol. Mezclar los huevos y añadirlos al wok ya revueltos. A continuación, agregue la mezcla anterior. Agregue los frijoles, agregue el condimento de cebolla y ajo.
