This is a 2.3L Ecoboost from a 2019 Ford Ranger with ONLY 104K miles. This was a core return at a local salvage yard and REEKS of both improper maintenance and neglect. This type of failure is NOT something I would just these engines by as most engines would wind up with a similar fate. Why am I doing this? My name is Eric and I own/run a full service auto recycler called Importapart. Part of our model includes buying blown up, core and failed engines to dismantle and salvage good parts from.
