I used to do this quick & effective bikini body workout in the Maldives. I have talked about this in my VLOGs & I’ll repeat it - vacation for me is about not caring too much about my diet and well I ate desserts almost every day. So working out was not easy because I was in that vacation mode and spending an hour in the gym is not something I enjoy doing on vacations! I do love working out though, it helps me stay in shape & keep my body toned even when I’m eating yummy food.
