Day 3 of the Multiple Syndemics of Tuberculosis Symposium, held on Friday, 12 September 2025, concluded the event with another engaging and thought‑provoking session attended by participants from across the globe. Following two days of rich discussion, the final day built on a shared understanding of the complex ways tuberculosis intersects with health, social, and economic dimensions, reinforcing the need for coordinated and people‑centred approaches to TB prevention, care, and long‑term wellbeing. Across the first two days, the symposium explored the interactions between tuberculosis and undernutrition, leprosy, smoking, survivorship, diabetes, financial hardship, post‑TB lung disease, and cardiovascular disease, while also highlighting integrated screening approaches, youth advocacy, and the political and social influences shaping TB responses. The final day shifted focus to tuberculosis in the context of HIV, silicosis, mental health, and air quality, along with ethical considerations for integrated TB screening, insights into TB survivorship in the Asia‑Pacific region, and a spotlight on Australian Indigenous health. These sessions provided valuable perspectives on both clinical and structural challenges, as well as opportunities to strengthen equity and access in TB‑affected communities. Speakers included Liga Kuksa, Ben Marais, Simone Tunesi, Akshanka Mimi Malhotra, Claire Caldewood, Rouxjeane Venter, Bazra Tsogt, Trisasi Lestari, Justin Denholm, Emma Louise Smith, and Chris Lowbridge. Thank you to all speakers and coordinating teams across partner institutions for their leadership, generosity, and collaboration throughout the symposium
