This video shows the Superbowl 50 Superbowl City on Market St. in San Francisco, California. In the heart of San Francisco, the weeklong celebration centered around a massive public fan festival called “Super Bowl City”, located at Justin Herman Plaza on the Embarcadero. This fan village was open from late January through early February and offered free, family-friendly activities, exhibits, music, and interactive zones designed to celebrate both the 50th Super Bowl and the region’s culture. Fans could enjoy live performances, tech-driven interactive games, and exhibits that highlighted the Bay Area’s innovation and diversity. Super Bowl City also featured concerts, community performances, and special events sponsored by major brands to keep the energy high throughout the week. Alongside Super Bowl City, the NFL Experience driven by Hyundai brought the official league’s interactive theme-park-style fan attraction to the Moscone Center in San Francisco. It mirrored many elements typical of NFL Experience events: skill-testing activities like throwing and kicking challenges, photo opportunities with the Vince Lombardi Trophy, history exhibits, youth PLAY 60 zones, autograph sessions, and a massive NFL Shop filled with Super Bowl-themed merchandise. Thousands of visitors passed through to enjoy football-centric interactive fun leading up to the game. Complementing these main attractions was the Sports Illustrated Super Bowl Experience at Macy’s Union Square, where fans could mingle, play Madden NFL games, participate in virtual reality challenges like the “Quarterback Challenge,” and enjoy more laid-back football entertainment like foosball and corn hole. Beyond these flagship events, the city also hosted a lively schedule of concerts, cultural celebrations, and showcases reflecting the Bay Area’s rich local flavor. Events ranged from big-name musical performances to tech and arts expos, drawing locals and out-of-town visitors alike. Together, these created a festival atmosphere that celebrated Super Bowl 50 not just as a game, but as a weeklong communal event across San Francisco. #california #travelcalifornia #explorecalifornia #californiatravel #TravelVlog #Vlog #Travel #usa #travelusa #sanfrancisco #travelsanfrancisco #exploresanfrancisco #sanfranciscotravel #superbowll #superbowl50
