This short, quiet practice gives you time to simply move — without overthinking, over-correcting, or being talked at. In this video, you’ll practice the first four movements of Guang Ping Yang Taijiquan several times, shown different directions. There is very little instruction and plenty of space to feel the movement in your own body. This is intentional. Tai Chi isn’t learned only by listening — it’s learned by doing, sensing, and repeating. This practice is ideal if you want a calm, focused way to move without mental noise. You don’t need to make it perfect. You don’t even need to understand everything. Just move, breathe, and let the body learn. Use this video as part of your daily Tai Chi practice, as a warm-up, or anytime you want to settle your nervous system through mindful movement. Quiet practice. Repetition. No pressure.
