This short bonus video is a gift for everyone who joined the Fire Horse Qigong Series. I’ve included one form from each week of the series so you can continue practicing on your own—before our next series begins, or anytime you’d like to return to the themes we explored together. The practice follows the arc of the series: Release, Refine, Root, and Radiate, offering a simple way to reconnect with clarity, grounding, and an open heart as we move into the Fire Horse year. In the video, I demonstrate two of the four forms seated on a bench as an example of how the practice can be adapted. All four forms can be practiced seated, making this sequence accessible and easy to return to in many different settings. I haven’t included joint-circle warm-ups, so please take a few minutes to do those on your own before beginning. Practice gently, at your own pace, and return to these movements whenever you’d like a reminder of steady energy and easeful momentum.
