Xaq Frohlich on "Beyond the Deficit Model: Public Understanding of Science in the Age of New Media" Dr. Frohlich is a professor at the KAIST Graduate School of Science and Technology Policy. He attempts to look at more studies from Public Understanding of Science that explore the ways science communication is being transformed by new media and changes in how the public consumes news and information about science, risk, and safety culture.
