A very nice meat roll to have but in many countries, the bean skin is not readily available. In Penang, where I lived we get really good bean sheet, we called them tau poey. 1 sheet here can be further cut to 16 little pieces to wrap the rolls. The wrapping is easy so long you use only the marinated meat. If it is too wet, push the meat to 1 corner to drain it before using a spoon to place on the sheet to make a sausage. #lorbak #NgoHiang
