Cooking recipe and ingredients: 400 ml warm water. 1 tablespoon sugar. 6 g dry yeast. Mix well to dissolve the yeast. Cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 10 minutes. Mix again. Sift 150 g whole wheat flour. 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well to eliminate lumps. Cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 10 minutes. The yeast has worked well. Add 30 ml vegetable oil. Mix. Sift 450 g flour (all-purpose). Mix with a spatula. If the dough is sticky, sprinkle a little flour. Sprinkle the table with flour. Knead the dough until it is medium soft. Form a ball.
