Our hips often rest closed and get tight from sitting at desks, in office chairs, in the car. This can cause problems with mobility and discomfort. Use this practice to help prevent injury, aid in relief of minor back pain and boost your overall health! Move within a pain-free range. Use props when needed even if you need to place me on pause to get setup. It's your body, care for it, love it. Breathe fully and deeply moving with ease in tune with your body. ENJOY!
