In today's video I'll be showing you how I make breakfast, lunch and dinner for my husband and I for five days. That means we have a total of 30 meals that I make usually in one day and either freeze or refrigerate for us to eat during the week. As parents of two toddlers, day-to-day can get so busy and finding time to cook healthy, high-protein meals three times a day can get exhausting. I've found that if I dedicate a day to cook then I can be more present and relaxed during the week. I measure and weigh out portions since my husband and I currently have macro goals we are trying to hit but feel free to adjust as you'd like! Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Blend egg, egg whites, cottage cheese, corn starch and spinach until blended and pour into the lined baking pan. Add shredded cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes or until the egg is cooked through. After cooked, cut egg with a cup the same size about the english muffin. Heat sausage and cut in half to assemble in the sandwich. Wrap with foil and store in the fridge or freezer! 🍗 BBQ Chicken Tender Cottage Cheese Bowl Makes 1 serving 1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese 15g shredded cheese of choice @justbarechicken chicken nuggets (1 serving) 1 cup of roasted broccoli 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce Assemble and heat when ready to eat. 🐟 Fish Taco Bowl Fish of choice or shrimp Cauliflower rice or rice of choice Shredded cabbage Roasted red peppers and onions Fresh corn Avocado Salsa Cook fish or shrimp with desired spices (I used taco spices).
