As parents of two toddlers, day-to-day can get so busy and finding time to cook healthy, high-protein meals three times a day can get exhausting. I've found that if I dedicate a day to cook then I can be more present and relaxed during the week. I measure and weigh out portions since my husband and I currently have macro goals we are trying to hit but feel free to adjust as you'd like! Combine greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, and garlic salt to make pasta sauce. Mix with chicken and pasta and top with some shredded cheese of your choice! 🍠 Ground Turkey Bowl Cook ground turkey and roast sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts.
