I felt really guided to make this series. I’ve been working on myself so much, doing all of the mindful things, looking after myself, spending time doing things that I love but still feel stuck and anxious, worried thoughts still control me. My self talk has never been great. I think I’ve avoided addressing the truth of the matter and that is that I can change my habits and routines , take vitamins, change my ways and all this as much as I want but if I still deep down don’t truly love myself then what is it all for. In this series I want to be open, vulnerable and honest about how I am feeling, my thoughts and the journey to reprogramming my mind to be a more loving place. Through restructuring old and false beliefs, changing the way I speak to myself and consciously being aware of the voice in my head I hope to heal a part of me that seems so hurt and incurable. I think self worth, true self love + self acceptance is something everyone could do with having more of.
