If that's not your speed, this OM0 method is pretty easy to complete. It requires no deaths, and leaves no blips. You'll need to get OM0 using a phone call. In the video, I used the phone call you receive from Zero after purchasing his property. It's a high priority phone call, and as a result rings every 15 seconds. Then, you head to the Blood Bowl, and enter the marker right when the phone call begins. Press and HOLD the button to pick up the phone. If done correctly, you should be able to let go of the button and control your vehicle before the countdown completes. Make sure you hold that button again before the 30 seconds are up! After, hold the phone call button and go and start the mission "Toreno's Last Flight". In the opening cutscene, release the button quickly, and CJ will pick up the phone call that you were holding. Hang up that call quickly, then turn around and walk to where the mission marker usually is. If done correctly, you'll start the mission again while still in the cut-scene. Note that if you don't start the second mission while still in the cutscene, it will leave a permanent yellow blip on your mini-map. You don't want that. After you successfully dupe the mission, just drive over to where the helicopter is located. One Maverick will take off, while a duplicate will just be sitting there, unlocked and ready to take. Let the mission fail by allowing the other Maverick fly away, and take your Maverick to a garage. Don't pass the mission. Passing this mission will insta-pass the next mission Yay Ka Boom Boom. If you skip that mission, you will unlock the Desert mission strand, but not the actual island itself. As a result, you'd be stuck doing the missions with a four star wanted level.
