This 30 Minute BRUTAL Bodyweight HIIT – No Equipment workout is divided into three intense parts: Part 1 We will go through 18 exercises, performing each for 35 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest in between. This section lasts 15 minutes in total. Part 2 This part consists of two superset bundles, each containing five exercises. You'll perform four exercises for 35 seconds each, followed immediately by one exercise for 30 seconds. After completing each superset, you'll get 20 seconds of rest. Part 3 We’ll finish strong with two complex sets lasting 90 seconds each.
