This 30 minute INTENSE Bodyweight HIIT Workout is a mixture of strength, cardio and core movements in a short amount of time. We will have 3 blocks of exercises, each block containing 4 movements each movement for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between. We will perform each block for 3 rounds in a row.
