This 30 minute Pyramid No Equipment Full Body Workout is a mixture of strength and cardio exercises. We will be having 20 different exercises, each exercise for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between. We will be doing these 20 exercises for two rounds in total. After the first round we will have 50 seconds rest and we start from the last exercise all the way back to the first exercise again. Please find below the script of today's workout: 1. Prisoner Squat Knee Kick 2. 4x High Knee Drop Squat 3. 4x Mountain Climbers & Launcher 4. Half Burpee & Sit 5. Switch Jump Lunge & Knee Kick 6. Knee Lunge & Squat Jump 7.
