Halloween is over, but the pumpkins are still here! 🎃 In this video, we’re showing you how to turn your leftover pumpkins into three easy and delicious desserts: 🍰 A creamy pumpkin cheesecake 🎂 A soft and fluffy pumpkin cake 🍮 A quick and tasty pumpkin pudding All made with simple ingredients — super quick, fun, and perfect for cozy fall days! If you still have pumpkins at home, don’t let them go to waste — let’s make something sweet together! 🎂 Pumpkin Cake Recipe (for 5 people): Ingredients: • Flour: 1¼ cups • Sugar: ⅔ cup • Baking powder: 1 tsp • Baking soda: ¼ tsp • Cinnamon: ½ tsp • Oil: ½ cup • Eggs: 2 • Pumpkin purée: ¾ cup • Vanilla: 1 tsp • Salt: a pinch Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil until smooth. 3. Add pumpkin purée and mix again. 4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. 5. Add dry ingredients to wet ones and mix gently until combined. 6. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. 7. Check doneness with a toothpick — if it comes out clean, it’s ready! 🎃 Mini Pumpkin Cheesecake (Serves 3–4) Ingredients: • Cream cheese: 100 g • Pumpkin purée: ½ cup • Sugar: ¼ cup • Egg: 1 • Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon • Crushed biscuits: 10 pieces • Melted butter: 1 tablespoon ⸻ Instructions: 1. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press them into the bottom of a small baking dish. 2. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and pumpkin purée until smooth. 3. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes. 4. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. 🎃 Quick Pumpkin Dessert (Pumpkin Pudding) — Serves 4 Ingredients: • Pumpkin purée: 1 cup • Milk: 1 cup • Sugar: ¼ cup • Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons • Cinnamon & nutmeg: ¼ teaspoon each ⸻ Instructions: 1. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little bit of cold milk. 2. Heat the remaining milk, sugar, and spices over medium heat. 3. Add the pumpkin purée and the cornstarch mixture. Stir continuously until it thickens (about 5–7 minutes). 4. Pour into serving cups and let it cool slightly.
