Welcome to this daily yoga flow. This is a full body practice suitable for all levels and it includes the essential posters for your everyday practice. In this practice we will: Start in sukhasana (easy pose) with breath work Move into a seated sequence with side bends, folds and shoulder mobility Warm up with a low lunge sequence with twists Move into a wrist warm up, cat cow and Uttana Shishosana (puppy pose) Build heat in the body with standing sequences Strengthen the lower body with standing balances Improve flexibility with hamstring and hip flexor stretches Strengthen the back body with backbends Warm down with Sarvangasana (shoulder stand), Matsyasana (fish pose) Rest in shavasana for 2 minutes I hope you enjoy this daily yoga flow.
