Combine all dry ingredients. Set it aside. 2. Blitz eggs, brown sugar and maple syrup in a food processor until frothy. Pour oil gradually. Add yoghurt, bananas and vanilla extract. Blitz until smooth. ※If you want some banana bits for the texture, stop the processor as you like. 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Combine well. 4. Pour the batter into the prepared tin. Bake it at 180℃ in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. ※When it is getting darker, cover it with foil. 5. Take out the bread from the tin. Wrap with paper and let it cool on a wire rack. While it is slightly warm, cover with plastic wrap to keep moisture inside. ※The result of baking may be changed depending on each oven at home.
