Super soft bread recipe Gluten Free Bread Cranberry & White Chocolate Buns • Gluten Free Bread Cranberry & White Chocol... ************ ◇Ingredients (9cm × 15cm loaf pan ) 130g sorghum flour 100g GF or Wheat free ground rolled oats (I used Bob’s red mill GF rolled oats) 90g potato starch ½ tsp salt 120ml lukewarm water 10g raw caster sugar 8g dried yeast 230ml lukewarm water 20g psyllium husk 2 tbsp rice bran oil 5 tbsp lukewarm water Some rice bran oil for brushing ◇Preparation place baking paper in the pan. ◇Instructions 1. Sift all flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Set aside. 2. Dissolve sugar and yeast in lukewarm water and let the yeast bloom. 3. Mix lukewarm water, psyllium husk and oil in the other bowl. Pour the yeast mixture into the husk mixture and combine well. 4. Using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle, mix the dry ingredients first, then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients on low speed. ※As it is likely that the flour goes everywhere, I suggest covering the machine with a tea towel. Add 5 tbsp lukewarm water at a time. Keep mixing for 3 minutes. Scrape down bowl to mix evenly. Mix for 3 more minutes on medium speed. 5. Transfer the dough to the prepared pan. Press the dough into the pan, Smooth the surface with wet fingers or a wet a spatula. Press the edges to form a curved bread top. Rest it in a plastic bag and leave for around 50 minutes at room temperature or until double in size. Preheat an oven to 180℃. 6. Brush some oil on the surface gently. Bake at 180℃ for an hour. Rotate the pan halfway through baking. 7. Remove from the pan and let it cool for at least an hour. Please watch for the heat. Enjoy! ※The result of baking may be changed depending on each oven at home.
