20 Minute Serious Squat and Deadlift Workout with Resistance Bands In this video, we are going to do a serious 20 minute at home squat and deadlift workout! We are going to replicate squats and deadlifts just as you would do them in the gym with real, heavy weights, except we are going to be using resistance bands. For this workout, you are going to need your bands, bar and platform. If you are a particularly strong lifter, don't forget your second set of bands. The sky is the limit for how much resistance you can get out of these bands and this simple bar and platform setup.
