3 Exercises For Tennis Players | STRENGTH FITNESS WORKOUT

Strength is one of the cornerstones of any fitness program for tennis players. Jeff Salzenstein demonstrates three simple exercises to help you get stronger, prevent injuries, and feel more confident on the court. This amazing tennis workout can be completed in 10 to 15 minutes, and does not require any type of equipment.
