In this weeks workout of the week we show you some simple interval training. Ideal with a partner working 30 on 30 off, it will incentivise you to go even faster. Be careful not to blow too quickly though. If you want to see how you stack up but don't have a partner simply multiply your score by 2 and compare to the final calories on the video. You can can also do intervals on the bike, rower or pretty much any other piece of cardio equipment.
