Heat oil in a pan; add all spices along with tomato puree and onionStir well until oil separated and then add the chicken kofta balls with 1 cup of water and simmer the gravy until the chicken kofta is cooked well. Fresh Veggie Spaghetti Ingredients: Spaghetti boiled 1 packet Oil ¼ cup Garlic cloves, minced 2 Mix vegetables 1 cup Onion, thinly sliced 1 Red pepper flakes 1 tsp Salt& pepper to taste Method: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil then add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add veggies and red onion and cook until soft, 7 minutes. Then season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, simmer 10 minutes. Add spaghetti to skillet mix toss and serve.
